Yes, I combine shipping whenever possible. Please contact me regarding multiple orders from my store (oakteakstore), and I will tell you how to go about it. Please note that some very fragile items, heavy items, large items etc, are not good candidates for combined shipping.
I ship to the United States (all of them), including APO and FPO addresses. International shipping: If you are located in a country other than the USA, please contact me. Shipping to International customers will be determined on an individual basis. Any Customs or Duties charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the price of the item, or in the shipping charges. Customs forms filled out by oakteakstore during the shipping process will show the actual price of the item, minus any shipping charges. And the form will show it as a commercial purchase. Oakteakstore cannot falsify these forms to get around Customs or duties charges. Returns accepted for 14 days in the same packaging it was shipped in, once I receive the package back and it is in undamaged condition, I will issue a refund.
I am a very fast shipper. But even with fast shipping, some holiday shipping problems happen. In the past few years, all of the main shipping services, have had problems with holiday and Christmas shipping, due to very heavy package traffic. This includes the Postal Service (USPS), UPS and Fedex. In coming years, this will only increase as more and more people buy presents online. It overwhelms the services, causing delays, misdirected packages and other shipping errors. I URGE you to buy your holiday items as early as possible to avoid disappointments. And if you find that your item is not arriving within a reasonable amount of time, please contact me through my email. There are ways to try to find misdirected and lost packages, through the shipping services. I will do my best to work with you. I do ship with tracking numbers and I will email you with those numbers, so you can keep an eye on your packages.
