Vtg Tin Noisemaker Round Rattle plastic handle

Vintage tin noisemaker, round rattle style with plastic handle. Unknown maker. Lithograph is humorous dancing. It is 3-1/4" in diameter, 4" high with the handle. It is in great shape with some very minor surface scratches, a few paint flakes, and some very minor dents. I see little oxidation.
