vtg Monet cuff bracelet hinged engraved leaves gold tone

Pretty, vintage, delicate, feminine, engraved, hinged, cuff bracelet from Monet. It has an overall leaf pattern. It fits my wrist very well and my wrist measures 6-1/4" around, it would be tight on a larger wrist. The cuff is an oval shape, rather than a round shape. I find those more comfortable to wear. It is 7/16" high. Pre-owned and in very good shape with some very fine surface scratches on the shiny part, consistent with ordinary use. There is also some kind of mark or finish skip, on the bottom side of the hinge, see close up pic. I could not determine exactly what it is with a loupe.
