This is a charming folk art Scherenschnitte paper cutting picture from Designs with Scissors, in 1996. It is signed RW. It is a little poem, "My heart is with you wherever you go", surrounded by hearts and other design elements. It has a wooden frame and the label is on the back It is 4-1/2" square frame edge to edge. It is pre-owned and in very good shape. There is a tiny sliver of paper underneath the design, lower right hand corner.
