Bell Kaiser West Germany winter coach scene horses

This is a lovely porcelain Kaiser, West Germany bell. It is white with a pretty burgundy design featuring a winter scene with a horse drawn coach, very delicately and nicely done. There are gilt band accents. The handle is looped porcelain with gilt accents. There is a white bead clapper. The bell is in excellent condition. It is 3-3/8" tall and 2-1/2" in diameter. It is pre-owned. Original box is not available for this item.
