Brown Bag cookie stamp Birthday Bear No. 4 1995

This is a Brown Bag Cookie Art cookie stamp. It is the Birthday Bear No. 4, made in 1995. It is 3-1/2" in diameter. The stamp portion is made of the Brown Bag special clay. The handle portion has the image of a cute bear with a party hat on and holding a present. The booklet is not available for this item. Pre-owned and in great condition with a couple of cosmetic things on the handle, some very tiny paint flake offs in a couple of spots, and a faint line on the handle that looks like a pencil scratch towards the top.
